They seek someone to take lead on Acoustics projects as a Senior/Associate Acoustic Engineer.

Responsibilities

The role is a unique one and will require a good level of experience and charisma to achieve the results required of a highly successful acoustics engineer (they expect nothing less). In return, you’ll receive an abundance of autonomy and be able to fully leverage off your team to take responsibility for the following:

• Lead projects - including liaison with clients, planning projects and distributing advise
• Undertake visitation of sites and use of acoustic measurements in the field and lab
• Taking ownership for the development of acoustic design and documentation
• Liaising with relevant consultants and stakeholders to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Contribute in displaying the great vibrant culture of the brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Acoustics, Audio, Physics, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or Science is preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience as an Acoustic Design Engineer at a competing consultancy
• Competent with Acoustic modelling software including CadnaA or SoundPLAN
• Exposure of Python, JSON, C#/C++ or Matlab are highly regarded
• In depth understanding of local building regulations and codes.
• Flexible and approachable outlook towards others
