• Align with a highly accredited mid-tier consultancy whose expertise has been recognised for their involvement with Australia’s most complex and innovative structural and construction projects.
• Specialisation includes mid to high-rise residential, retail complexes, commercial and hospitals. Some projects destined for land mark status.
• Combine your complex structural experience and desire to expand into the management for mixed-use projects.
• Your Business Development and strong client focus capabilities will present strong exposure to development projects, commercial acquisitions, high profile property and infrastructure.
• Independently implement and improve methodologies plus strategies.
• Directors encourage autonomy for you to lead your team, input and participate in ownership of KPI outcomes. 
• Leadership needs to be one of your natural strengths. A good mix of talent and personalities makes this an exciting place to work.
• Engage in this relaxed atmosphere to drive your own team of 8.
• Inspire upskilling and promote motivated employee outcomes, thus retention is high and knowledge management is first class.
