The Company
  
My client is a privately owned multi-discipline consultancy which has been in operation for over 20 years.  They specialise in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects and have a full order book of projects with Blue-chip clients. They offer a quality designs with a boutique service that supports their clients’ needs and objectives.

The Role – Immediate Start Available!
They are currently looking for talented a talented mechanical project engineer with at least 5 years consultancy experience to be a part of their growing family environment. In the role you will be responsible for leading their multi-discipline projects and overseeing junior members and coordinating with the engineers from the other disciplines.  Working side by side with their clients at every stage of the project you will be regularly be involved in meetings and consulting throughout.

As well as design you will also be required to complete site inspections, due-diligence reporting and advising clients on upgrades required for sustainability requirements.

Reported directly to the Sydney office directors, who head up the business and have a wealth of experience in the Sydney market.  You will be provided with guidance and support not found at many other larger consultancies.  You play a key part of an already dedicated team and be trusted with leading several of your own projects and act as the key point of contact for clients for those projects.
  
Responsibilities: depending on level

• Leading mechanical designs on multi-discipline projects
• Working on challenging projects in the CBD and Parramatta CBD.
• Guiding junior members of the team
• Acting as key point of contact for clients

 Candidates with the below will be considered

• Experienced leading multi-discipline projects
• 5 plus years’ experience in Australia with a multi-services consultancy
• Experienced in AutoCAD
• Proficient with calculations in CAMEL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
