You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of engineers, drafters and sales people working in the formwork and support solutions providers to the construction industry.
About the role
This role would really suit someone highly motivated and with that hunter’s instinct. You’re providing solutions to the construction industry across a range of project types. Civil, commercial and residential construction is thriving and your products are an integral part of this process. With your ability to understand client issues and concerns and provide economic and reliable answers, success is just around the corner.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a construction, building or technical sales role.
- Strategic planning skills to research & identify the target market and execute the plan.
- A nose for a lead and the tenacity and willingness to follow the thread to find where it goes.
- A love of getting on the phone or out on site and talking to people.
- Strong influencing ability and excellent negotiation skills.
- A hunger and desire to succeed.
- A knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial.
