Operating as a leading multinational manufacturer in the pharmaceutical industry, our client and is renowned for its worldwide innovative technologies and research and development programs.  

Due to ongoing project demand, an opportunity has arisen for a talented & dynamic Process Engineer with a chemical background to manage & drive a range of small to medium sized capital based projects. Working with a close knit team, key duties include the following:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium sized capital based projects from initial design, procurement, installation through to commissioning.
• Assist and review design and detailed design drawings including P&ID's, functional and equipment specifications.
• Participate in project engineering duties for major projects. 
• Assist with project scoping, project planning and scheduling.
• Liaise effectively with internal & external key stakeholders of the projects. 

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical & Industrial)
• Some industry experience in food, pharmaceutical or related industry sector.
• Project engineering experience in managing projects from start to finish with some experience in installation & commissioning of projects.
• An understanding of GMP, OH&S requirements is highly desirable.
• Great interpersonal & communication skills.
