Account Manager - BMS
The Client

Established nearly 30 years ago. this firm has grown to be one of the most recognised names in the Australian (and international) building controls space currently employing in excess of 200 industry professionals.
The Role
Suited to a specialist in technical sales with an engineering background (gained either from the BMS, Energy Management or HVAC sectors) the focus of this role will be on developing business opportunities with existing clients. Using your technical expertise you will be able to recognise opportunities to improve your clients' existing Building Management System - (particularly focussing on improving efficiency, energy savings and reducing costs) and secure additional business with them via solution based selling.
This role is ideal for someone who has demonstratable ability to build rapport and cultivate professional, business relationships. It would suit a technically qualified sales specialist who is creative in their approach and can communicate with clients at all levels of the decision making chain.
The Requirements
- Graduate Level in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Knowledge of BMS, Energy Management and/or HVAC engineering principles
- Previous experience in an account managemnt or business development role
- Proven ability to manage client accounts effectively and meet/exceed sales targets
- Excellent realtionship building skills
