This high profile Defence & security market leader provides a portfolio of complex systems, products and services to the national and international military sector. Quality and consistency are the hallmarks of their offerings; reflecting the characteristics of the collaborative, highly talented Australian team that provide them. The organisation is currently seeking the skills of an experienced Project Manager to guide a cross-functional product development engineering team towards delivery of a key multi-year, high value electronic warfare program.
The Project Manager will drive the efforts and milestone achievement of a multifaceted technical project group containing systems engineering, software, hardware and firmware resources across a range of disciplines, (RF, signal processing, embedded systems etc.) You will liaise with key internal engineering and executive management stakeholders as well as external contacts (the Commonwealth, subcontractors/third party vendors and service providers).
The Project Manager will be a confident senior professional with 10+ years Defence project management experience across large scale Australian military engagements. You will possess demonstrable, concept to fruition, product development lifecycle exposure encompassing: requirements analysis design, development, product realisation, integration and verification. The Project Manager position is a full-time, Adelaide-based opportunity and requires the selected professional to hold an active Australian Security Clearance (Negative Vetting 1 or higher).
