The role
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our service team in Arndell Park, Sydney. The duties will include the following:
- Scheduling and managing service work – preventive and corrective
- Managing service team
- Providing on-site support to field service technicians as required
- Liaising with clients about maintenance requirements
- Ensuing data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM
- Providing technical support to customers as required
Local and overseas training will be provided as required.
The successful candidates will be required to perform occasional work outside of business hours and travel interstate.
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical engineering
- Minimum 7 years of field service and instrumentation background
- Project delivery experience including site installation and commissioning
- Experience in similar position – supervisor or manager
- Relevant experience with multi-gas analysers (IR, FTIR..), opacity meters, VOC by FID, Oxygen analysers, Continuous emission monitoring systems and ambient monitoring systems.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and SCADA.
- Willingness to learn and understand the business and internal processes
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Current C class driver's license
