The Beginning

Take on his duties and responsibilities with a mid sized specialist who is going places and fast. There is a civil team already established of around 8 staff, your job will be to continue to build and grow it using your own vision and big picture thinking.
The Vision
Supported by two key Directors, they will support your plans and assist in getting the Civil group to where it needs to be. Traditionally a building structures consultancy, they are looking for the civil team to be as profitable as their structural outfit in the next 3 years. Plenty of work coming through from their structural arm, your job will be to expand this offering beyond just civil works for buildings into other growth areas, it will be up to your discretion and strengths. All Directors in this company are still very hands on, your role will predominantly encompass business development, team leadership and project delivery.

Requirements:
It is envisioned that you will have at least 15-20 years local consultancy experience across the three areas of business development, team management and technical project delivery. You will be tertiary qualified in civil engineering and Chartered.
