Civil Supervisor - Roads and utilities

This is a top opportunity to work with a civil company that is well established and extremely busy in NSW. They currently have opportunities on RMS projects in Sydney. The company maintain an active approach to ensuring that employees have a good work life balance. It is this approach that has created a very strong working culture over the decades with an extremely low turnover of staff.  They have successfully delivered projects above $100million. 

With the recent award of some substantial projects the company require an experienced supervisor to assist on the delivery of RMS projects based across Sydney. The position will predominantly be focused on your ability to work alongside the project manager delivering utilities relocation, earthworks, stabilisation, structures and asphalting while managing relationships with the RMS and subcontractors. In this position you will report to an established project manager and have a team of engineers and leading hands to support you throughout your projects.

Essential to your application: 

• 5-10 plus years relevant experience on roads, utilities, earthworks
• Australian road experience is essential - RMS or other state authority 
• Roads experience has to be with a civil contractor 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Excellent reputation with RMS and previous employers
• Excellent approach to OHS
