LogiCamms is one of the largest engineering consultancies in South Australia. With ongoing growth in our materials handling and water infrastructure projects and projects for defence, mining and hydrocarbon clients, we are looking for a locally based, entry level CAD Drafter who has an interest in working with an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering team.
This role will involve operating in an AutoCAD environment, working closely with Senior Designers and Engineers to accurately produce Electrical and/or Instrumentation drawings in accordance with LogiCamms and client drafting standards. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career with a global engineering consultancy and learn from a team of experienced designers working on a variety of innovative projects across multiple industries.
The successful candidate will offer the following:
Have recently completed, or be nearing completion of an Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree course in a Drafting field,
Have proven experience using AutoCAD for engineering or similar drawings,
A keen interest in the Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering discipline,
Be confident with you written and verbal communication skills,
Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
Be able to manage your time effectively and work in an engineering team environment.
