We are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our specialist group renowned for their innovation in structural engineering along with their expertise in high-rise and complex building projects.
 
To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working within the building structures industry.
• Personal and technical skills to represent the company at an internal, external and management level.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership in a team environment including managing resources and developing team skills.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes & protocols.
• Experience leading design delivery teams on large scale buildings projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Allocation of drafting resources.
• Maintaining technical standards.
• Assist in the identification of technical problems and contribute with possible solutions.
• Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.
• Ensure all staff are suitably trained for BIM tasks.
• Lead or organize training for project specific systems or software.
• Promote, organize and lead multi-disciplined knowledge sharing sessions.
