We are industry experts in civil engineering disciplines, precast concrete, heavy industry concrete foundation works, bridge design and construction, foundation systems, jetty & wharf construction and building and construction management.
We are seeking a confident and capable Graduate Civil Engineer to assist our Operations Manager with the planning, execution and cost control of projects, both in our precast concrete yard and on site bridge works.
THE ROLE
Be mentored by a Senior Engineer in this supporting role encompassing tendering, quality assurance, quantity surveying, project management and database management.
You will be part of a growing team with a wide scope of opportunity to get experience in both our concrete precasting yard and on construction sites.
The role is full time and based at our precast facility at Redhead. On-site works will require some travel. Part time will be considered for candidates in their final year of university.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Completed or be in your final year of a Civil Engineering degree;
- Strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction and quality;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet targets under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Computer literacy and a willingness to learn and apply corporate software systems
- Current driver licence;
- Construction Induction Card
