The Role 


GHD's Plant & Process group now has a requirement for an entry level Drafter or Designer with an interest in pursuing a mechanical/piping discipline. 

This role will involve operating in an AutoCAD environment, working closely with senior designers and engineers to accurately produce mechanical/piping drawing sets and 3D models in accordance with GHD and client drafting standards. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career with a global engineering consultancy and learn from a team of experienced designers working on a variety of projects across multiple industries. 


To be considered for this position, you will require the following: 

• Have recently completed, or be nearing completion of an Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree course in a drafting field;  
• Possess strong AutoCAD skills;
• A keen interest in the mechanical/piping discipline; and,
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
