EXPRESSIONS OF INTERESTED INVITED
In response to continued and growing demand for our services, we are inviting expressions of interest from Asset Management professionals with either electrical or mechanical engineering / maintenance backgrounds to work with a variety of clients providing discipline-specific advice and solutions.
You will develop and build on your contemporary knowledge of relevant techniques and best practice across a diverse range of industries as part of our team of innovative and passionate Asset Management professionals.
Your day will be busy and varied and may include:
- Applying best practice Asset Management and consulting techniques;
- Identifying and quantifying opportunities for clients to reduce costs, improve productivity and manage risks;
- Identifying, escalating and converting new business opportunities;
- Developing, optimising and implementing technical strategies, procedures and plans;
- Facilitating technical workshops and studies
- Determining project scope and definition;
- Preparing tenders and proposals for submission to clients;
- Ensuring the successful delivery of projects in consideration to safety, quality delivery and customer satisfaction targets;
- Managing the day-to-day function of projects and project teams;
- Coaching and mentoring team members.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Motivation, innovation and a focus on customer service delivery;
- A relevant Engineering tertiary qualification and membership with or eligibility for CPEng:
- Practical understanding of maintenance development processes and systems;
- Working knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems including asset registers, structures and hierarchies;
- Previous experience in a consulting environment (desirable).
