Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key role within this high end technology focused organisation both nationally and internationally. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic and energetic engineering team and whom will be required to provide guidance and support on a diverse range of complex engineering and technical issues.
The Senior Engineering Manager will be required to not only coordinate and maintain engineering standards but to also develop the skills of the engineering team. Its anticipated that the Senior Engineering Manager will also provide strategic guidance to the executive team on all engineering issues.
We are seeking applications from personnel with the following:
- Engineering Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong leadership experience
- Excellent Systems Engineering experience
- Have manufacturing experience in in a technically complex environment
- Diverse range of technical experience across multiple fields engineering fields
- Project and Engineering Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Applicants MUST be eligible for Defence security clearance and ITAR compliant
Candidates should have extensive experience in Engineering Management, ideally within certification and/or manufacturing environment. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced engineering environment with the ability to manage communications both internal and external with a vision of excellence.
