• Opportunity to work on projects from concept to completion

• Candidate dependant salary package up to $70k

ROLE

• Design of building HVAC systems
• Documentation of systems design
• Proficiency with Australian Standards
• Writing of project reports and specifications
• Engineering analysis work, including load calculations and equipment sizing
• Engaging with contractors for pre-construction and construction support activity
• Coordinating work with clients, consultants and in-house staff from other disciplines
• Engineering analysis and energy modelling including whole building energy analysis, façade thermal analysis, and airflow modelling

YOU

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering - recognised by Engineering Australia
• 1 to 2 years of local experience in building services
• Sound mathematical and technical ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiating skills combined and ability to delegate
• Proficient with CAMEL, AutoCAD & Revit
• Ability to think methodically, to design, plan HVAC projects
• Keep overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
