Senior structural engineer required due to a succession plan, tangible career progression and good projects
Our client is an established consultancy currently expanding its presence in the Melbourne market and have won significant commercial & industrial projects of late. They have a flat management structure and strong project growth over the next year creating clear leadership and development opportunities for those coming on board now.
Due to this a strategic decision has been made to employ a Senior Structural Engineer. You will be required to provide concept to completion design of industrial related projects whilst mentoring junior engineers. Ideally you will have extensive local experience in a consulting environment working on commercial or industrial projects with a desire to develop your career to a management or technical lead role.
