This top tier multidisciplinary consultancy located in the CBD has an extensive history of designing and delivering some of Australia’s most iconic and prestigious projects. They are expanding their team of Structural Engineers rapidly and have recently secured some of the largest projects Melbourne. As part of this growth plan they require a senior engineer to work alongside one of their directors.
Since you are working alongside one of their senior director you will be trusted to exclusively work on their most interesting and iconic projects. They have a very strong presence in the health, university, high rise and defense space so expect to play a key part in delivering iconic projects in these areas.
The suitable candidate will be an experienced senior engineer who has plus 8 years’ experience delivering structural packages on local projects. You need to have a good understanding of the Melbourne construction market and will have done steel & concrete design.
This is a perfect opportunity to challenge yourself at one of Melbourne most respected structural engineering firms. You will be given support and hands on mentoring by one of their senior directors and there is a clear path to an associate level role for the right person. This company will also pay well to attract the best, so you should expect to be well rewarded for your contributions. Since you are joining at a senior level you will be eligible for a performance related bonus scheme and you will be paid for any overtime outside of contracted hours.
