Your EXPERTISE
In your 10+ years experience, you have seen and achieved some exceptional things. By now you will have had a number of flagship land and civil works projects under your belt, at least one of them with your name at the top. You've developed a reputation for delivering projects on time and budget, without compromising on quality. You are a 'pillar' in your company, commanding big money but worth every cent.
Your SUCCESS
As an expert in large scale projects, you will have effectively coordinated and managed complex work and teams. Having handled all client contact with some of the top developers in your market, you most likely have a valuable network through these project successes.
Your FUTURE
You have the capabilities of future Directorship and this established consultancy will be that last step before achieving it.You will have the autonomy here to lead the Civil team on this unique high-end portfolio. Your ability to leverage off this and keep moving business forward, will see you move into Director within the year. Your capacity to 'spin multiple plates' in design, management and winning work will be highly incentivised. Only those at the top of their field will be considered for this role.
