This global multi-disciplinary consultancy are a major player in the engineering industry however as cliché as it sounds they are big enough to win the sexy projects but small enough where you’ll know everyone’s name. Off the back of a major project win, they need a Lead Electrical Engineer.
Yes there are other Global Engineering Consultancies in Melbourne right now looking for Electrical Engineers in their Buildings Group but I highly doubt many of them are working on more high profile and complex projects than this team. Their Building Designs incorporate 4D, BIM, Dynamo, Digital Visualization, Smart Buildings and Smart Precincts just to whet the appetite.
Internally they highly encourage growth and development through a variety of performance programs and design academies. They like to think (and rightfully so) that they design career paths for people who want to be renowned in the industry.
You’ll obviously need an electrical degree and 5 + years of experience working in a competing building services consultancy. It all sounds good and well coming from me, but I'm sure you'll agree when you sit down with their Directors for a coffee as they have huge plans and need people like you to help achieve it.
