Our client is now recruiting for an experience Engineering Manager with industrial manufacturing experience and a career driven attitude.
This role will require you to supervise and lead a team of mechanical and electrical people on a daily basis, providing support and leadership in implementing change and new projects.
You will be responsible for working with production management to set and deliver on planned maintenance schedules, fix breakdowns and be a key participant in reliability improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance team to execute maintenance strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the maintenance execution process.
- Establish KPI’s to manage and align team.
- Drive a culture of Continuous improvement.
- Monitor short term safety plan.
- Manage Preventative Maintenance plans.
Along with a strong understanding of the Environment & OH&S Policies, Codes of Practice and Safe Systems of Work,the successful applicant will also have demonstrated experience in:
- Engineering degree
- People management and leadership experience.
- Experience within the FMCG arena
- Commitment to workplace health and safety at all times.
