Our Client
Our client is an industry leader, who are committed to developing Queensland gas reserves. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a project history of road construction and maintenance for a 12 month fix term contract.
About the Role:
As a Project Engineer you will bring with you an understanding of project design, construction and execution, having had previous exposure to working with a civil contractor. You will become an integral member of the team and assist in driving safety as well as providing project engineering support to the Engineering team.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience on civil/road projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering - RPEQ Qualified (preferable)
- Proven policy writing and development skills
- Proven experience in managing Brownfield and Greenfield Civil Engineering Projects
- Proven ability to oversee contractors and interpret technical documents
- Proven compliance of contractual requirements - schedule, performance, quality
