Brunel is an industry leader when it comes to delivering successful results for our client base across the Construction, Rail, Marine, Infrastructure, Mining and Oil & Gas industries.
Our client is a major employer in the infrastructure and marine sector based in Geraldton due to continued expansion they are now seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their Structural team on a permanent basis. This is a residential role and the employer is offering a generous salary and relocation package for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake technical design, scoping and budgeting of capital and major maintenance works
- Prepare budgets for all works for approval and the implementation of cost control and reporting on a monthly basis
- Project manage works in accordance with agreed processes and procedures
- Provide and obtain technical advice as required
- Liaise with various government and local authorities as required
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Experience in design, construction and maintenance, bulk handling facilities
- Previous Project Management experience of multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Solid understanding of OH&S
- Working knowledge of Australian engineering codes, standards, legislation and regulations
- Excellent people skills with the ability to foster strong business relationships
- Proficient knowledge of working with budgets and driving revenue
