Join our Operations and Maintenance team as the Maximo Administration Engineer and become a key part of our business. Working closely with the Asset Systems Manager, you will put your skills as both an Engineer and asset management system guru to use each day across our NSW assets. You’ll implement and update our system (Maximo) as well as scheduling and controlling maintenance contractor activities, and establishing maintenance models and practices to enhance Transurban’s management of our assets.

The impact you’ll have:

• You’ll define maintenance standards and technical requirements for our assets
• You’ll assist with the overall management and inspection of road assets
• You’ll run Maximo from the corporate side
• You’ll use your skills as an expert user of Maximo to advise on it’s correct use
• You’ll utilise your engineering background in order to liaise with contractors
  
  

The talents you’ll bring:

• You will have familiarity with Asset Management Systems (in particular Maximo)
• Proven commercial experience, preferably in an operational asset engineering or management role
• You’ll  bring contract management and negotiation experience
• You’ll have experience as an engineer who has used Asset Management Systems
• Great communication (verbal & written) skills
• A solutions driven approach.
• Tertiary degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical)
• Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance or construction works.
• Practical experience with infrastructure and facilities asset management.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in development projects, especially brownfield construction work where assets must remain operational.
