Our company provides quality service to major corporations within the healthcare, diagnostic and laser fields. We currently support several types of laser systems, as well as diagnostic pathology equipment, and surgical instruments, and require a self motivated person to fulfil the role of NSW Field Service Engineer.
As the NSW Field Service Engineer your prime objective is preventative maintenance for customers and a timely response for breakdowns. You will provide quality support and service for customers, and using your excellent customer skills, you will build professional relationships with a wide range of customers within the supported industries. You will need to have proven experience with electronics and display good mechanical knowledge. A restricted electrical license would be a distinct advantage, as would experience within the healthcare industry.
You will work closely with customers to provide the best possible level of service in the marketplace to ensure equipment/instrumentation remains in prime working order. This involved preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, safety testing and installation/upgrading of associated equipment in line with manufacturer specifications. This position may require you on site, in the workshop of offering advice via email or phone. From time to time interstate and overseas travel will also be required.
Full and comprehensive training is provided and will be ongoing for your term of employment. An attractive salary package, including fully maintained company car, will be negotiated commensurate with experience.
