About the role
We are looking for a Condition Monitoring Coordinator to work in close co-operation with the maintenance planners and scheduler to coordinate condition monitoring services across the site.
This role is a great opportunity to add value across Engineering Project Management, Reliability Engineering and Conditioning Monitoring.
Reporting to the Engineering & Planning Superintendent, you will be:
- Developing and promoting the continuous improvement of the Condition Monitoring program at HCM.
- Coordinating the execution of Condition Monitoring tasks in consultation with Maintenance Planners, Schedulers and external service providers.
- Managing contract labour and/or employees to effectively carry out all Condition Monitoring related tasks in a safe manner.
- Accepting the responsibility of being the single point contact on site for all Condition Monitoring Structural business.
- Reviewing current work methods and technology for best practices. Research new technologies that may be of value to Hail Creek Mine operations
- Providing technical guidance and advice to key stakeholders at HCM
- Using SAP to manage work flow, resource hire and personnel requirements
- Ensuring technical reports are of a high standard, communicated to the right people in a timely manner and filed correctly.
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
- Condition Monitoring technical qualifications and/or trade qualifications with experience in Supervision/Planning and Condition Monitoring programs.
- Several years of relevant experience in condition monitoring in the mining industry
- Previous experience in Maintenance Planning or Scheduling and the use of the SAP maintenance management system.
- Previous experience in leading small teams
- Extensive experience in mobile equipment maintenance, specifically on equipment relevant to role.
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective planning and time management skills
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
It will also be beneficial if you have:
- Some previous experience with managing Condition Monitoring Technicians
