About the opportunity
You will sit within the 3PL based in Arndell Park to create and embed a successful Service and Repair Centre. Although you will have no direct reports to begin with, this opportunity will see you grow and lead a team down the line. You will be expected to bring structure and direction to the expansion of the base business along with future new products.
Duties
- Lead the 3PL to successfully create and implement service and repair infrastructure to support deployment, repair and replacement of capital equipment across ANZ
- Lead successful integration of business expansion opportunities and other growth projects
- Maintain a proper internal control environment over processes and data
- Ensure positive customer experience in an efficient and cost effective manner
- Use metrics to manage communication and achieve best results
- Ensured team and distributors and trained on process, policy and technology
- Recommend process, system and organisation changes to accommodate customer requirements
- Manage existing supply chain, distributor and 3PL relationships across ANZ
- Partner effectively with the commercial business
Skills and Experience
- Experience within the medical device industry working in a similar role
- Degree qualified in a relevant subject
- Team management experience
- Experience in implementing system and process effectively
- Ability to adapt in a fast and dynamic organisation
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- High energy with an entrepreneurial outlook
- Hardworking and hands on
