The Company
Our client is a medium sized Australian owned family HVAC business that has been established for nearly 20 years with most of there key client relationships lasting over 15 years. They cover HVAC service in the retail market in NSW, including preventative, troubleshooting and refurbishment maintenance.
They currently have a team of technicians managing static sites however due to significant growth they are looking to bring two more experienced techs on to join the team with a promise of optional overtime over the Christmas period and financial bonuses for on call duties.
The Role
There are currently two roles one based in South West Sydney and the other in North Sydney both on large retail providers. You will be on a rotating shift pattern of either 6:30am-2:30pm or 9:30am-6pm in addition to your 40 hours there is also optional overtime available up to an additional 12 hours a week, including weekend rates.
As you are based on site each day you are expected to build a report with the clients, therefore it is require that all applicants have strong communication and customer service skills and up sell the business as a whole.

- Certificate 3 or equivalent in Air Conditioning
