• Your pick of projects, one large commercial development kicking off early August

Keep abreast of emerging BIM technologies and latest technology releases aswell as driving efficiency by implementing new procedures and best practices.

Involvement in project start up meetings, collaborate within the team to come up with effective solutions during the design development phase.

Impart your knowlege and offer technical guidance to a growing team of drafters.  Take the driving seat in building documentation from concept to completion.  This will of course require you to be well versed in resolving design/construction challenges across disciplines.

This is not a role where you will spend a lot of time fixing the wrongs of past projects, rather have your pick of projects.  One large commercial development due to commence design phase very soon.

This is a solid mid-tier with impressive track record in landmark projects.

Next step would be a Coordinator role, accountable for 2-3 drafters to delegate work to.

Must have at least 8 years drafting experience on large scale building projects and at least the last 5 years using Revit.
