We are looking for one of the final pieces in the puzzle for this Electrical/Switchgear Manufacturing powerhouse.

Are you a focussed, dedicated Engineering/Projects Manager, capable of driving an already skilled Engineering team to the next level. By creating and executing project work plans, allocations and revises you will have the flexibility to meet the changing needs and requirements of this company going through a strong resurgence period.

As part of your role you will undertake and supervise all levels of electrical design (RPEQ would be ideal) as required by each project.

You will visit proposed sites/clients to determine exact requirements and then ensure the Engineering team delivers on time and in budget.

As well as having a project portfolio yourself you will assist other Project Managers with design, execution and delivery.

At every opportunity you will endeavour to grow/expand the business in a positive direction.

This position will be an intricate part of the Engineering Management team and dynamic, can do attitude will be highly regarded.

Vital criteria required to be considered:-

• RPEQ status
• Demonstrated experience of managing an Engineering team in a similar manufacturing, client focussed organisation.
• Outgoing energetic attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
