THE COMPANY:
Spring Professional are currently working with a growing global Design, Engineering and Manufacturing business that specialise in automotive applications.
Due to their continued year on year growth they are now looking to add an Automotive Draftsman to their already successful team.
This highly technically advanced company are a global leader in future technologies and have recently been granted funding for future research and development.
THE PERSON:
Joining this already established team as an Automotive Draftsman you will be responsible for;
- Create and release 2D drawings for automotive electrical systems
- Use authorized 2D and 3D CAD software packages.
- Conduct basic product testing at the component or vehicle level as directed by engineering staff.
- Maintain 2D drawing templates to ensure all design, manufacture, quality and customer specific requirements are captured.
- Multitask and effectively prioritize workload to complete tasks within time constraints.
YOU WILL HAVE:
The successful Automotive Draftsman will have experience in;
- Experience in 2D and 3D drawings
- Experience in Electrical Systems
- Previous experience of using CAD Software packages
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Self-leadership and resilience working within a dynamic project environment
