We are seeking a Projects Coordinator for our Mackay branch. You will be primarily responsible for identifying, managing and controlling project related risks (financial, technical and time), to ensure effective utilisation of Workshop and Engineering resources during project delivery. 

Key responsibilities include:
Ability to read and interpret Workshop drawings;
Ability to source competitive pricing;
Project scheduling and control of contractual and financial compliance;
Client relations; and
Reporting on project variances, scheduling and capacity planning and budgetary control.
  
To be successful in this role you will:
Possess a minimum of 2 years project management experience;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Willingness to learn internal financial systems
Competent in the use of MS Excel and Project
