Airducter is a Darwin based owned and operated organisation providing industrial and commercial air conditioning and mechanical services in the NT since 1983. About the role
As Project Manager you will coordinate and oversee projects both onsite and in a management capacity. You will be responsible for supervising and directing site personnel to ensure quality, safety and cost standards are met while liaising with Head Office and Workshop functions.
Key duties include:
- Overall delivery and management of projects, monitoring project progress and performance,
- Monitoring and managing the financial performance of projects,
- Overseeing the quality of project construction deliverables,
- Ensuring optimum utilisation of personnel and equipment,
- The engagement of suppliers and approved subcontractors as required.

Skills and experience
- A professional qualification in a building or related industry,
- A proven track record in project management,
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills,
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional time management and the ability to meet deadlines while under pressure,
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage costings, documents, budgets and other financial aspects of projects.
