Circa $90k base salary plus full package

My client is a leading building automation and energy management expert who pride themselves on their exceptional offerings which comprise of: Providing completely customised service installing, designing, upgrading, commissioning and end to end project delivery.
Job Details:
They actively require a BMS Service Technician to join their leading Melbourne “BMS & Energy Services business”. They have a great industry reputation, backed by a proven product(s).
They currently provide energy management solutions for large office structures, sports/aquatic centres and local council locations. They are very client focused and, in a position, where they can be selective on which clients they work with – They see every prospective client as a 15year+ client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled service and updates for BMS and Building Automation.
- Carry out scheduled routine maintenance in a specific region improving energy efficiency.
- Diverse role which can include commissioning and small project works.
- Liaising with clients recommending upgrades, integration and building efficiency.
- Report Writing - Producing accurate service reports.
- Respond to client service requests, programming and point to point scheduling.
- Relationship building and support with existing and new customer service.
Technical Skills:
- 5 years plus BMS/HVAC controls industry knowledge and experience.
- Electrically qualified holding “Restricted Electrical” or full electrical licence.
- Any knowledge of Tridium, Alerton, Honeywell or Schneider related BMS systems.
- Integration knowledge of Bacnet & Modbus would be advantageous.
- Used to dealing with complex site issues from a service perspective within BMS.
- Must have strong mechanical and plant knowledge.
Experience & Attitude(s):
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to nurture stakeholder relationships.
- High attention to detail & analytical skills.
- A positive attitude, self-motivated and outcome focused team player.
- Australian Citizenship or hold a current Australian Work Visa.
