We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed individual to join our team based in the south-east Melbourne suburb of Dandenong, Victoria. The successful candidate will work with our customers to gather information to service the customer efficiently, effectively and professionally.
They will also assist our Production, sales and customer service officers with technical support relating to the manufacturing and pricing of products.
The successful candidate will possess:
Experience in manufacturing engineering.
Experienced in design and 3D modelling using AutoCAD and Inventor software.
Have experience in a Customer Service or Sales role.
Have experience in laser cutting and fabrication processes.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Have good organisational skills.
Ability to work unsupervised with customers.
Excellent customer service / negotiation skills.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has sound computer skills and is familiar with MS Office.
Understands quality management systems.
Ability to respond to a changing work environment.
Successful candidates will be asked to provide referee details and undergo a pre-employment Medical and drug & alcohol test.
Must have Australian work rights
