- Run your own team of 4 engineers – delegate work and develop them whilst being integral part of Senior Management team chasing new business

This is that next level role that Engineers aspire to but only few have the drive and flair to reach. You will immediately be working amongst the Directors, with succession planning laid bare for you to reach this end goal. As an employee owned consultancy, you will have access to an additional 30% bonus on top of your considerable base.
Must have a Bachelor of Engineering (Structural) plus 8-10 years of post grad experience in Australian consultancies.
