ABOUT THE ROLE
We are expanding our team in the Engineering and Manufacturing segments and need a specialist recruiter with an understanding of the different phases of development in these areas. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates for contract and permanent placements with our industry leading clients. You will also be given the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in order to support and expand the business. DUTIES
- Sourcing candidates for contract and permanent positions
- Interview applicants for roles to determine suitability
- Match candidates to client requirements to ensure successful placement
- Generate and sustain accurate contractual agreements and relevant documentation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing Sectors
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Strong IT skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone and email manner
- Past experience in recruitment and selection a bonus
