NEMMS JV is a well-established Indigenous Mining & Civil Contractor with an exciting new presence within Oil & Gas. Operating throughout Western Australia, with a focus on the Pilbara Region, we are a client focused organisation with a strong track record in the successful delivery of contracts in mining, civil and bulk handling projects.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic Project Engineer with drive and willingness to learn to join our team at our Roy Hill based operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to carve out your career.
About the role:
- Assist to prepare, review and/or ensure all subcontractor and supplier packages/contracts are drawn up, issued and managed as per the required scope of works and budgets.
- Assist to prepare and monitor the procurement program of your projects in liaison with Project Manager.
- Co-ordinate day to day commercial aspects of the project including change management, notices of delay and time extensions.
- Provide effective and timely administrative support to the project team so projects are completed to contractual, time and cost requirements.
- Support the Project Managers with client claims
- Undertake site administration duties including personnel mobilisations, rosters and timesheeting
- Project programming and tracking
- Quality assurance
- Assist with costing and estimation
About you:
- Entry level experience in a Civil environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Tertiary qualification
- WA drivers licence
