ABOUT THE POSITION.
Gain first hand industry experience as a Junior Environmental Consultant in a reputable consultancy. As well as being involved with land contamination, you will also gain experience with hazardous materials and asbestos. You will be provided the resources to become a Licensed Asbestos Assessor to showcase on your portfolio. Being mentored by a senior team, you will have the training and guidance to develop your career and gain exposure in large-scale projects.
DUTIES.
- Report writing in accordance with industry standards
- Site investigations & soil sampling (phase 1 / 2)
- Site remediation management
- Field work
- Waste management
- Asbestos removal
- Asbestos surveys
- Engineering or Environmental tertiary qualifications
- Keen to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years experience
