This NSW government rail organisation is looking for 3X Control Systems Test Engineers to join the Engineering and System Integrity division to take accountability for the verification and validation of internally developed software products to support the delivery and operation of the ATRICS control system against specified requirements.
Ideally as a test engineer, you will have the following experience:
- Railway Signalling
- Control systems testing
- Infrastructure virtualisation testing
- Serial to IP Device Testing
You will be participating in the quality delivery of small Systems tasks and contribute to larger, more complex Systems projects in order to support Development Team and Project Managers to meet agreed scope of works in a financially responsible manner meeting the system performance criteria associated with an operational railway.
This role will also be responsible for managing the preparation of technical documentation/specifications for the verification, validation and type approvals of key software products used in the operation of the Trains Network.
Initially this is a 6 month contract with possibility of extension.
Remuneration is dependent on experience and will range from $750-$900 per day + super.
