Perfect for a Civil Designer sick of the large company working arrangement. You will feel a lot more at home in this mid-sized firm, where mentorship is actually present and more responsibility is afforded to their young designers to a larger extent than you would see with the big guys.
Currently 60 staff split between civil and structural teams, made up of project leaders, engineers and drafters/designers.
Whilst boasting a great deal of talent that is technically sound, the culture of the firm is definitely about finding the right fit for a new employee rather than putting a bum on a seat. This is evidenced in the low staff turnover and friendly atmosphere you succumb to when walking around the office.
Proficient in 12D and anywhere from 5 years of experience. Must have experience in urban development and civil works and a Diploma. Only solid work history will be considered for this permanent full time position.
