Their ability to provide innovative quality solutions to their clients coupled with a consistent workforce has seen them steadily grow over the last 5 years.


The Role
They are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator with the following skills and experience.

• Tertiary/trade qualification
• Worked on Commercial or Residential projects
• Electrical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential 
• Able to manage negotiations
• Managed variations and claims
• Procurement 
• Creation of contracts and contract close out
• Cost reporting
• Produce scopes of work
• Commercially astute
• Strong computer skills
• Above average communications skills both verbal and written
• Motivated and driven along with strong presentation skills
