Exciting opportunity to work in a FMCG manufacturing environment with Tip Top. This position is fast paced and varied. You will provide high quality maintenance services on our plant and equipment at our Tip Top site at Ermington to support production and minimise downtime. 

  • Support efficient performance and reliability of plant equipment, electrical and control systems by responding to breakdown repairs.
  • Value the safety of yourself and others by complying with all safety and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure equipment reliability by successfully performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) within the plant  to support efficient production levels and minimise downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Complete documentation as required.

You will have

  • An experienced electrician who has worked in a manufacturing environment.  
  • NSW Electrical licence A grade.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
