BMD Urban is working on a range of exciting land development and minor infrastructure projects within the NSW region.

We are looking for individuals pursuing a long-term career opportunity with a genuine interest to grow their skills and progress their careers within a family owned business.

As an experienced Project Manager, the successful applicant will lead high performing project teams to achieve successful, on time outcomes for BMD Urban clients while effectively managing safety and environmental compliance across project sites.

Skills and responsibilities

• Manage daily project quality systems with respect to inspections, checklists, documentation and record keeping.
• Daily cost tracking, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Provide support for site staff in resolving issues that may be associated with the scheduling and coordination of trade contractors and suppliers.
• Take ownership for the project budget and liaise with site staff to ensure project targets are achieved.

To be successful as a BMD Senior Project Manager you will have:

• Trade or tertiary qualification in building, construction or engineering.
• 6+ years' experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
  
• Experience in working on a diverse range of civil construction projects ranging in value and scope.
