Associate Director - BUILDING SERVICES
We are looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join a leading consultancy in Brisbane.
My client is working extensively on major commercial projects as well as other major projects such as a $1B retail project and major educational jobs.
Profit sharing will be included for the right candidate.
This role will lead to a directorship in the business for the right candidate.
There is a very competitive performance bonus and shares within the buisness.
What my client is NOT
This consultancy WILL NOT kick you out the door after 6 months because you haven’t hit ridiculous KPI’s
My client are not just a run of the mill consultancy working on run of the mill projects which churn and throw out the same designs constantly.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED
At least 10 years mechanical design experience in an MEP consultancy.
You must be able to communicate, present and be able to build relationships.
Experience leading mechanical engineers
Client and subcontractor interaction experience
You must be RPEQ
