Description
Your role will involve:
- Design of complex automated products from start to finish
- Troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic design
- Coordinate with clients, customers and the operations teams during design stages to correctly determine requirements from a technical perspective.
- Employing your commercial acumen in aligning engineering work with customer requirements.
- Liaising back with the R&D department to create product improvements.
Profile
Applicants for this role will:
- Possess Tertiary Qualification in Mechatronics Engineering
- Have a thorough understanding of both the Mechanical and Controls Systems inputs for PLC systems.
- Demonstrated experience in end to end product development
- Demonstrate high level’s of commercial acumen to help strengthen their competitive advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 5 yrs)
