About you
We are looking for someone who can review the business’s existing systems and improve on processes and policies. A highly motivated and performance driven person who can drive their team and business to success. An individual that can take on the vision of the business and take growth and profitability to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational; Responsible for operational excellence at our manufacturing facility
2. Leadership; Driving the leadership of the business with direct reports
3. Corporate/Compliance; Implementation of policies, procedures.
4. Financial; Management of profit and loss, budget allocation, planning of work to meet or exceed yearly sales target
5. Business Development; Stakeholder engagement, forming and developing long term business relationships with new and existing clients
6. Human Resources; Recruitment, training, development, mentoring, performance reviews
7. HSE; Responsibility over the work place health and safety of the business and its people
