What is the opportunity?

You will successfully contribute to a CI program that has been running for some time. The Continuous Improvement Adviser will be focused on delivering qualitative and quantitative change across multiple sites and work towards embedding a culture of CI across the group. Initially projects have been identified for immediate attention however in future you will be generating innovative CI ideas.

As the Continuous Improvement Adviser you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in the delivery of major change programs across the state
  • Provide efficiency gains and best practice advice through Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Working on con-current projects from inception to delivery
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to facilitate organisational excellence
  • Identifying improvement opportunities within the customer network

Are you the ideal candidate?

Qualified in Lean Six Sigma you will have significant experience in bringing change programs from conception through to delivery and review. Your strength will be working with indirect reports in the transport, manufacturing or industrial sector to manage process and cultural change. Ideally you will have coached and influenced frontline staff and managers in the benefits and outcomes of Lean Six Sigma. You will be driven to see projects through to completion and have the ability to measure and monitor results.
