Your New Company
Highly experienced in the local market, our client is a top tier local consultancy within the structural design and documentation of commercial and industrial structures within Victoria. With recent project wins and working on a model of organic growth, their team is now expanding to meet continued demand.
They are nationally recognised as one of leaders of structural and civil design of shopping centres (worth $500M+) and are undertaking design work on some of Australia’s largest retail projects
Your New Role
A Senior Structural Drafter is being sort from the local market due to this continued growth and demand. You will be working with a well-developed team of Engineers, duties will include:
- Design drafting of retail, commercial, mixed use and industrial projects worth up to $500M.
- Concrete and steel design of low rise structures using Revit & AutoCAD
- Developing Revit systems & standards in the office and integrating it across the office.
- Liaising with client which include some of Australia’s largest builders, architects developers.

What you will need to be successful
To be successful in your new role you should have the following experience:
- 5- 8 years plus local market experience working within a design consultancy. This should include experience designing low-rise commercial structure.
- 5 years + working with Revit.
- Retail, multi-level building and industrial project experience will be highly desired.
- Candidates who are interested in supervising and managing junior drafters would be preferable.
